Following is an extract from the article. While the WTS did not specifically say that anything would happen exactly in the coming year 2000, the WTS has claimed much more for the year 2000 than any other group of people. Before year 2000 the WTS expected that the earth would have experienced Armageddon and there would have been paradise on earth. And now they have the gall to say, "others fear a cataclysm" when that is what the WTS has been teaching for over 100 years.
Their article is a total dishonest attempt at avoiding what the WTS has claimed for the new century. How dishonest!
