I believe I inferred as much in my post when I said "I am leaving the board, for how long I don't know."
I agree with you about the dynamic of the group all contributing. But I am a firm believer of ridding oneself of the negative aspects in one's life (to the degree possible). H20, as it has been going lately, has been a negative to me and thus I want to remove myself for now.
