I would say that there are plenty of people who are most definitely spiritual, but who have no concept of God, and are certainly not Christian. You can count sincere Buddhists into that camp, to name but a few million. Thousands of secular humanists too... Me too, I hope.
In fact, seeing this sans-God spirituality so prevalent in the world was one of the main factors leading me out of the WTS.
