Not hardly. Greg has many unanswered questions to which to respond. Like, "Do you know Brother Schroeder"? Have you had conversations with him? Have you discussed your book with any member of the Governing body? Why can you post here in your real name but others can't? Why do you think the Society needs you to explain their views?
I asked Greg some questions similar to these (the thread is gone now, I think) and he made no response, ever, in any thread. AF proposed what might be a possible answer to my questions. He was talking to me. Instead of giving the "correct" answer to my questions, Greg tries to shift negative attention to AF for "lying", like AF knew that Greg had no relationship with Schroeder, but said it anyway. I was wondering why You Know had to run from the forum when "discovered" in spite of his statement before that his elders already knew, yet Greg Stafford could post and talk extensively to apostates using his real name. AF, talking only to me, in response to my questions about Greg, and in the rude absence of response from Greg, gave me personally the closest thing he could venture without being Greg. AF was telling me what he thought about it. What exactly he said to me as an individual was based partially on our particular relationship as two individuals. We have e-mailed, exchanged abbreviated stories and he knows my real name. We have certain understandings, and although we were "talking" casually" on a public forum, it was basically a private conversation, with certain "understoods". There was no need to go to e-mail for a simple "what do you think?".
It is no surprise, at this point that WTS defenders try to pump our private exchange into a red herring to distract from the crazy nonsense they come up with. Doesn't it bother you or certainly many others, to have to hide from a gestapo-like organization that you are defending?
Not only have WTS defenders been given indefensible nonsense to defend, but they have had a very poor example set by the Society itself as to how to do it. I am sorry for those who have been made to look foolish by what they have let the Society lead them to, including Greg. I know he he a person, but he is making many errors here. Many of us here have started off, in heavy debates, pulling no punches, now we have much common ground. Nobody has to be enemies if they are truly interested in what is true.
