shocked stupid here... November 1, 1999 Questions From Readers in the Watchtower says voting is now a matter of conscience????? What about all the people who were disfellowshipped years ago for exercising their rights?? Have they been contacted and told of the error that was committed against them? Were they issued an apology and welcomed back with open arms??? I just cannot believe this..
