DaJahVue: I have wondered too what Adam must have thought about a talking snake. If memory serves me correctly, the snake approached Eve first. She may not have been aware of all the limitations the aninmals had. Whatever the case, she was curios enough to listen to what the snake had to say. It was Eve who then approached Adam with the fruit and the snake story. He may have questioned this event, except for one thing. God said that if they ate from the Tree, they would die. Adam could have momentarily reasoned that Eve was still alive after eating, so then decided to join her. We can't say for sure, but I can't explain it otherwise.

Simply Amazing
