I understand what you are saying. You're wondering why these angels are focussed on her. I don't know. There could be an explanation, or it could be something beyond us.
The question is, are these Jehovah's angels she is aware of or Satans? I don't know this for sure either. But "wiccans" is going toward the occult.
Persons I know who have similar confrontations or awarenesses of the spirts, for some reason tend to be attracted to the "paranormal" fields, astrology/astronomy, etc. Metaphysical things, including herbs and things.
And that is another thing! The JIOR know about herbs and the like. So that's "similar".
In addition, the Bible does say that we all have an angel that testifies for us before Jehovah. So we are all assigned an "angel", just for the record. (Matthew 18:10)
So I'm not in a position to make a judgment, but it is not uncommon for the wicked angels to appear to persons and inspire them toward witchcraft, etc.
So in a sense, some answers are apparent. She believes they are angels and so do I. So that's solved. Also, are these angels the usual occurrence for someone who is anointed? And that answer is no. It's a different process. And that
issue has been answered.
So I think what is important is to understand Jehovah's position with respect to spiritistic activities, even marginally, there is a very harsh exclusion. These angels are arch enemies of the kingdom and they are out to kill humans. If someone thinks just because they are "nice" and "protective" that they can then get in league with them or start practicing magic in some ways, or learn some of their ways to enhance their presence, then it might cost them their lives because they will be destroyed for apostasy against Jehovah. So in that sense, they effect the death of the person they are getting involved.
And you must realize that that is the whole idea. Is to be kind and nice and protective and act benign so that person judges them as being "nice" and they can't figure out why Jehovah would kill these angels or them. It is because these are rebel angels and God condemns spiritism.
For sure, though, I can assure you that no angel of Jehovah would encourage someone in the ways of "wiccan" which leads into witchcraft. Already you can see how influential it is, because Rae thinks that its okay just to learn about the health benefits and is staying away from the witchcraft. That's what deception is all about. They get you to come into the house and the next thing you know, they've closed the door. The key is not to go into the house.
I know of other witnesses who for no apparent reason the demons just hang around them and bother them. And they end up becoming interested in a lot of these things, "natural health", semi-holistic medicine, etc. But remember the whole idea of "witches" and witchcraft is always related to Alchemy and "druggery" and all that. So the foundation of drugs and herbs and the like is being laid already. Once Rae learns enough about this, them it will be temptation to go to the next step.
So what is to be realized is this is like turning your back on god and moving toward the demons, though it doesn't seem that bad right now.
Anyway, it is important to understand the Bible's position on these things and then do whatever we can to comply fully. Saving ourselves has to do with being fully involved with God, not marginally involved. Perhaps Rae can learn about herbals through some other study besides "wiccan".
But it is not that unusual for persons to be bothered by the demons. Why they are focussed on her in particular may remain a mystery for now. But they seem to be doing their job since she's educating herself in the ways of "wiccans". That's the first step so that she can take the next step.
