Today is shaping as a greate release from a former 'mental regulation', and it's only 2:30! I just feel so peaceful, and 'in touch'. So much more than I have before.
This morning I shared in 'demonic' yoga, this afternoon voted YES in a referendum to make my country a republic, and then bought my first lottery ticket. I bought the ticket, not with the hope of winning (though that'd be OK too:-), but so break another former taboo. Kinda' like ridding myself of virginity again, but this time 'in sin' :-)
The yoga was great. Apart from the physical benifits, I sensed a mental/spirtiual aspect I always knew was out there, but felt a need/compulsion to repress - for 'God' and 'His' congregation's good name and peace.
The rugby might go whichever way tonight, the cricket too. Maybe we'll still have a Queen in the morning and I'm quite sure my $16 will be well looked after by the Lotteries Commission, but I've grown more as a human creature today than any day before - I think. The little weight on the forehead during a final meditation left me a 'third eye' too - so maybe I'll grow some more.
