Good for you!
It's difficult for a person who is honest and can't deal with hypocrisy to keep dealing with the organization.
I had to leave too because I just couldn't deal with the hypocrisy.
So my comfort goes out to you. I know this will be traumatic. Everybody here at H20 I'm sure will be here to give you moral support.
And know for sure this is a positive step in the right direction to Christian freedom.
My message to all those leaving is to KNOW that the GB does not have God's spirit and have been disfellowshipped anyway. So know what their false teachings truly are, as I'm sure you've monitored.
That is one thing I found particularly reassuring upon leaving. And that is the truth is available directly from the scriptures at this point and you don't need to depend upon them, even though it is hard to break the 5-meetings per week routine.
So good for you and good riddins!
Be assured that Jehovah certainly welcomes you out! You are one of many to come.
And be assured, it does take courage! So treat yourself kindly. Go out and have a special dinner or take a nice weekend someplace and just reflect if you can. You'll be fine. Amd you're FREE!
