I sure can relate to this and so can many I know. You can cry and beg for help but if the Elder has a problem for some personal reason, or personal interpretation scripturally, but not really scriptural this can cause great grief to the ones involved. But the Elder or the one causing these pains will be held acountable. And in these scriptures it seems that that might be the case.
It is always interesting to consider different things and see how or if they fit. That way as you search the truth would have to be found sometime I would think.
