Without wanting to appea like an apologist for Greg, I think you're overreacting. Yes, the alternative poster idea was a bit daft, and yes things got heated, but we all make mistakes. Clearly there's a lot going on in Greg's life that is making things very difficult for him. You know what the organisation can be like, so I know you're not incapable of empathy in this regard.
Now, Greg is trying to be positive, and move forward, and I know Alan is prepared to move on. I don't think anyone should forget this incident, or try to sweep it under the rug, as some moderator appears to have tried to do. But neither do I think it should be done to death...
