Thanks Andy for the kind response.

My own personal opinion is that witnesses are under the influence of mind control so much that the part of them that cares about people has been turned off. So much emphasis is put on serving the organization that there is little time or concern for other things.

I'm sure that if they were instructed to count time for doing humanitarian work, you'd see a big change. But since they don't it is looked upon as very little value.
