From Obed's board earlier today:
Whose side are YOU on?
Are you any more mature spiritually than this man?
search for "JW pocket guide" yielded THIS
(1st listing!!!)
Jehovah's Witnesses Pocket Guide
http://www.geocities.com/Athens/3295/page1.html
I agree with Shubert Kersey on this one.
I agree with the insert's guidelines concerning
the dangers of the internet for JWs.
I agree with Brooklyn on this one!!!!!
But you guys don't.
Isn't that strange to you?

Shubert wrote me...
> I never received a letter from
> the Watchtower Society informing me of violations or errors.
Do you mean that the insert isn't considered as "from the Society"?
I'm not sure I understand .
Does the insert say "do whatever you want to
on the internet. If we don't like it we will
mail you a letter?" NO
If Shubert "didn't have to" take his POCKET-GUIDE
SITE off ,but he did anyway.
Should we not follow the example of this fine man.

Witnesses.net stands firmly against copyright infringement
and applauds the decision taken by the Society
to protect their interests.
We implore those of you with homepages
to make sure that your pages do not contain
copies of Society materials.

the JW Pocket-Guide so long
My kids "never received a letter" telling them to shun DF'd former friends.
Most of us "never received a letter" that said we should refuse blood.
Most JWs "never received a letter" saying that they should fill out
a "NO BLOOD" card, and carry it with them.
Most JWs "never received a letter" telling them to get out in service.
Most JWs "never received a letter" asking them to help support the
worldwide work.
Shubert Kersey closed the "Pocket-Guide" site.
even though he "never received a letter".
I think that the "Guidelines" contained
within the INSERT....
The man in Patterson told me on the phone...
"Our main concern is helping people study the Bible"
If one considers their "state-of-the-art" computerized
equipment for publishing and mailing and book-keeping,
it begs the question:
Why isn't the NWT on-line ?
