it's never sat well with me either. i'm 22, but i've been in the WTS for all of my life. over the years, i think at least 10 good friends of mine have been df'd. i think its sad that jw's will say they are full of love, and bring people into the "truth", but once somebody makes a decision that goes against the WTS doctrine, they can't talk to them anymore. it's not in the bible. it's not loving.
