The Bible identifies how one knows they are anointed. It is not a 'supernatural' experience in the sense that some might speculate. Anointing occurs when one recognizes that the invitation held out to be an adopted son/daughter of God. The spirit of adoption is well discussed in Galations and Romans.
There is no way, of course, that one person can judge another's relationship to God and Christ. However, perhaps the person who's daughter is having these feelings, may want to consider therapy.
This does not mean she has mental problems. But as a precaution, they may talk to their daughter about this to see if some other event or condition in their lives is contribting to the unsettled feelings she is having.
They should do this with her consent, and not involve the congregation. They should not judge her, nor discourage her feelings. Rather, help her to see that she needs to explore all avenues to determine the root cause.
I am of the anointed, and I can attest that for such a young person to be making these comments, it is important to be very gentle, kind, and take matters slowly. They should not get to worried nor make a major issue with their daughter.
I am sure they are doing these things, but I want to be sure to encourage continuation in such loving patience.
Amazing
