I took the comment to mean she can't post what he did about whatever (including his reply if any to Franz), until ros gets back. Maybe I read it wrong.
Or he will wait 'til she get's back so he can post it right away. ros implied a lot happened this week so that might be part of it or maybe something else that is relevant to the fact that he won't need to call Franz to prove who he is. Just some thoughts.
I don't worry or bother about this 'cuz time always tells.
