My real objection against the WBTS is that they have taught and promoted Judge Rutherfords teaching that the door to heaven has been shut since 1935. (even though they already had twice before had "shut" that door earlier, which would have made even Rutherford not among the anointed class.)
How many times are they going to open and shut the door and say that the 144,000 number is already filled? It is quite interesting that one of the new members of the GB partook past the year 1960! Pretty soon, all of those who partook in 1935 are all going to be dead, and then what?
It is obvious that the 144,000 number is symbolic of a larger number. Spiritual Isreal is spoken of being a "nation". A nation can include a very large number. If the number is to be taken literally, then are we to take literally what it also says at that passage in Rev, that they are all "virgins"?
How are they going to explain the prophecies in Revelation where it describes in many places that the " holy ones" have to have endurance because of the "mark of the wild beast"? If all of the "anointed" in 1935 are dead and gone, then who would these holy ones be? We also see that these holy ones are included in the first resurrection and will be among those judging the earth. See Rev. 20:4
Also how will the WBTS explain the prophecy that the apostle Paul gave in 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17 ?? (Some holy ones will be changed in a twinkling of the eye? and taken up to heaven?)
