I appreciate your comments. I hope you understand that I'm not riding Rick per se, but whoever is responsible for correcting the rogue admin's behavior. I'm interested in ensuring that such a stink is made that anyone who thinks to do such a stupid thing again will think long and hard, and avoid doing it. It's a matter of accountability for one's actions, which I suspect you agree is a good thing to ensure. I have no doubt that if this rogue admin had to justify his actions beforehand, he would not have done it. After-the-fact accountability to the rest of the admin community is one way to ensure responsible deletions.
In any case I'm sure that I'll continue to participate.
