alan doesn't provide backing for any of his arguments. my wife and I have our bellybuttons pierced, had it done professionally, and our "god fearing" minds thinks it b ok. as an active jw, i can attest to the fact that many jw's like alan use insane logic like - this won't bring honor to jehovah, but not minding so much when it is somthing that they really want to do. i had a CO about 4 weeks ago say from the stage, that we shouldn't go to rock concerts because "worldly" people are there. I was thinking to myself, what about movies, the malls. double think. orwell is a prophet.
