This is where it is useful to believe in Evolution. Evolution is the perfect paradigm for this process. Change is inevitable. The environment will have its way. Some organisms become real clever and expand their repertoir of behavior to extend their niche. Others become so so small they can hide from their predators.
Is the Watchtower organization going to become smarter or smaller? The old saying you can run but you can't hide doesn't take into consideration the evolutionary realities. You CAN run. And you CAN HIDE. It will be interesting to see what strategy of adaptation the Watchtower will choose.
