Imagine you are married and you and your spouse can only get in 80hrs per month total and you can only divide it 3 ways.
a) one gets 70 (to pioneer) and the other gets 10
b) one gets 50 (to auxiliary pioneer) and the other gets 30
c) each gets 40 and no one pioneers
If the choice was a) or b) then who would be the pioneer, you or your spouse. Just a little survey, that's all.
