One more time.

I can see this fanatical "field ministry" mindset
is a difficult hypnotic spell to break, so I'll
be patient.

THE BIBLE says early Christians devoted time,
money and energy to specific charitable programs
that had the full support of the apostles. They
did not use their expectations of the End as an
excuse. Further as to "fruitage", the organization
is reaping general decay and specific loss of
its young people - who NEED TO BE TAUGHT TO CARE
ABOUT OTHERS IN LOVE. Clearly, the Society's
programs here aren't working. In addition, the
"offering eternal life" objection doesn't work
in the face of widespread sterility of the field
ministry in the developed world. The organization
needs to set a better example of love in this
area or its attempts at a "ministry" will be
in vain.
