I sincerely don't believe that the WTS is going to unravel. There are enough JWs out there who really are loyal to the society. Ridiculous as it may seem to you and me.
But my dear, it is just a ridiculous group of misguided folks. In some ways you and I are giving them some strength and power in that we are giving them something to fight against.
Don't make them into martyrs by being too harsh against them, to the point of losing sight of your own life or your own power. That would be giving your power over to THEM!
I think that Crisis of Conscience has made a dent. The rest of us together can make a dent too, if we treat that org as what it is. A tiny little group of wrong minded people.
We need to have compassion for the JW individuals. At the same time, we need to let them know in no uncertain terms that we think they are wrong.
But yelling at them sort of shuts down their ears.
Believe me, I understand. I share your enthusiasm to a degree.
But even those ol' boys in NY are misguided. After all, Ray Franz was once one of them! And he opened his eyes and saw. So, they are only human. NO reason to wish them any harm. Just wish that they'd all open their eyes.
