The kids in the kingdom hall we attended were not the sort of kids I let my children hang around regularly. The only time any of my kids ever were offered drugs was from a witness teen. My kids were slapped by witness kids whose parents solved their discipline problems by slapping. They came home crying whenever they had to associate with other witness kids. So, they played with the more wholesome and balanced neighborhood kids.
After reading that insert, I have a stomach ache. It is obvious to me that the WTS does not trust its own followers. That doesn't create a strong following, that creates dependence. A strong follower of any org should be able to see worldly things and deal with them.
Geesh. This is more ridiculous than I ever remembered.
