Santa Claus has not neglected you. You just don't understand how it works. You see, you wish for something for Christmas and then Santa Claus makes sure it is available for you to buy, usually at K-Mart or J.C. Penney. Then when you see what you want, you purchase it and then wrap it up with pretty paper and Christmas bows, then place it under the Pagan Artemis Fertility Goddess tree. Then when Santa comes down the chimney on Christmas Eve he'll leave the batteries for whatever you bought.
That's how it works after you're fifteen. Some people don't know this and so they stop believing in Santa Claus.
