Taken from a free-speech and US Constitutional point of view: is it a crime to yell "fire" in a crowded theatre, thus jeapordizing the lives of innocent people in a stampede? The courts have consistently said "yes. It is."
Is it a crime to yell "Read Rutherfords books or die" in a crowded forum? No. But it IS stupid to allow that, and after all, this forum is not about allowing morons to be consistently stupid every chance they get.
I leave the whole thing up to the H20 Gods, who I hope are at least a little bit "spirit-directed," or if that is too much to expect, at least have a little common sense. That leaves Rick out in the voting. (Sorry Rick!)
