Unfortunately FJW this is where you go wrong, disfellowshiping is not righteous, nor is it a command from Jehovah. You are speaking watchtower speak, rather than from a scriptural point.
Paul's words are to "admonish him AS a brother" - not disfellowship and shun the person.
Jesus Christ never did any such practise, nor did he teach it. Why, he even reclined at a table and ate with his opposers. Poor Ray and Cynthia Franz were ostracised for doing that, yet he was just following Jesus' example. Now, why can't the watchtower? They can't because it would mean they lose their control of their members and fill their little heads with lies and deciet. Thankfully, this organization is now being exposed, just as other religion's have been exposed.
