Freedom of speach has nothing to do with this. If your kid is being annoying and you tell him to keep quiet, are you than breaking his constitutional rights or something ?
Freedom of speach exists so ppl don't have to be punished for having an opinion and expressing it.
Fred has no opinion, he just repeats himself and says nothing of value. "read Rutherfurds books" is what he said like 30 times or something...what on earth has that to do with freedom of speach ???
