It looks like there are only two alternatives available to the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society of Pennsylvania...
When anyone presents black and white scenarios like this, I'm afraid I can't help wondering if the situation is really so simple.
There are plenty of religious groups that are thriving without claims to being God's organisation. Or certainly not claiming to be God's exclusive organisation. The WTS may well be able to survive a move away from its exclusive position and into the mainstream, as many others on the board have said before me.
