Interesting theory, but I really don't believe Rick would stoop to something like that. I do think it is someone who may at one time been "higher up" than the average witness. Someone who knows theocratic speech quite well.

An actual GB member coming to h2o isn't really of any use, most here will never go back to the organization no matter what reforms took place.
