Julie, I agree with you so much on this. That is one reason I've come here. Partly to work on healing, saying things outloud that I didn't say for years, saying things outloud that only other Ex-JWs would understand. The other part is that I know very well there have got to be other JW's out there in pain, maybe even agony, seeing what I saw, knowing it is oh so wrong, yet not knowing they aren't alone. If one sees me post, or sees anyone post, and it gives comfort and courage, then talking about it is even more valuable than just my healing alone would be.
