Do you really want "knowledge" Liberty?
Here it is.
The Bible is true.
When Jesus said all those signs leading up to the time when he "END" the gentile times would all occur within a generation, he was putting a definite limit on the time all these things would occur in. Ps. 90:10 establishes a Biblical limit of a generation to 80 years. So from 1914, a legitimate date for the last generation to begin, not because of the 607BCE date for the fall of Jerusalem but because 1914 saw a world war which was the first sign of the last generation, (i.e. "nation against nation, kingdom against kingdom), that generation should have ended in 1994. Period.
And that generation did end in 1994 and the "end" in fact did come before 1994. That "end of the system of things" was what Luke called the "appointed times of the nations" or the "end of the gentile times." Only problem is, the WTS and the rest of the world have been fooled by revised records and they think Babylon fell in 539BCE which is where the base the 607BCE date on. The fact is, Jerusalem was destroyed in 529BCE and so the true "END" was to come in 1992 and it did.
But since the WTS is in spiritual darkness now, they don't understand the "End of the system of things" is really the "end of th gentile times" and they think it's Armageddon and so since Armageddon didn't come by 1994, they are thinking to make the Bible true, they have to reinterpret what a "generation" is. But this is not according to the Bible.
They also don't understand that the "great tribulation" occurs before the Messiah even appears in kingdom power. Read Matthew 24:29 and you'll see that the "great tribulation" is over before the Messiah appears in kingdom power.
So no matter what, the WTS will never figure this out or get it right. People are "angry" because it doesn't work, but how many are really paying attention to the Bible to see how the Bible must be fulfilled? For sure, if you don't understand that the "great tribulation" was actually the HOLOCAUST and the "END of the system of things" ends when Jesus takes up kingdom power and is not Armageddon, and that Jerusalem did not fall in 607BCE or 587BCE but in 529BCE, then this section of the scriptures saying the "end" will occur within one generation will not work out for you.
But the Bible remains true when you have the correct dates and correct interptation.
That generation did begin in 1914 and end in 1994,
the "great tribulation" did occur during the HOLOCAUST and the Messiah did take up kingdom power in 1992, 2520 years after the fall of Jerusalem in 529BCE, now confirmed by astronomical texts from the Seleucid period.
Also at that time the GB of Jehovah's witnesses were disfellowshipped (November of 1992) and thrown into spriritual darkness and we are seeing this now. With their misunderstanding of this situation, there is no way they can make the "generation" work and still claim the Bible prophecy came true.
Only when you wake up to this and start reading your Bible yourself and realizing the truth will the Bible's light again shine. The Watch Tower is a tower of darkness. They are just guessing and stumbling in the dark.
How can you follow them when you can see they don't have a clue as to what the facts are.
So just note, that their 607BCE date is based upon a secular date they trusted, which is 539BCE for the fall of Babylon. That's their mistake. That is a revised date.
At any rate, the "end" did come as porphesied in 1992 when the Messiah took up kingdom power, which did occur before that "1914 generation" ended in 1994, so the Bible remains true, regardless of what the WTS doesn't understand.
You must...absolutely must move from the Watchtower now to the Bible to get the TRUTH! It's the only way now.
Know this.
Cheers,
