This issue will never go away.
There is a "temple organization" and that organization is Jehovah's Witnesses. This was always prophesied to be a wheat-weed organization.
That is, when the seeds of truth were planted Satan came in and planted weeds. But instead of correcting it, the organization was allowed to continue with the weeds in place until the end of the generation when those weeds would be exposed.
And that is what you're seeing now. But it seems at the same time this is not "Jehovah's organization." But it is.
However, as also prophesied, the "apostasy" within the organization would be at the very top. The "man of lawlessness" would make itself a God. This was done by first calling an individual man the "Faithful and Wise Servant", Charles Taze Russell. But then, passing that creature-worship title to the mysterious "Governing Body", giving them somewhat of a "divine" image.
But that image is totally exposed now. The Governing Body itself was even dismissed as "God's channel" in November of 1992.
So this is a transition period. But you can't judge the entire organization based upon the mistakes.
When thinking of this as the "temple organization" or "God's organization" you must compare their doctrines with that of apostate Christendom.
So the mixture of the false and true is part of the history as well as prophecy of this organization. We have to be able to separate the two as Jesus will separate the sheep from the goats and the weeds from the wheat within this organization.
Basically, we have to make sure we are Bible-based Christians and not Watchtower-based Christians. Focus must be on the Bible. When that happens you will have truth. If you follow the Watchtower now, you won't get anything because they are in darkness. They start out with a bad date of 1914 and it goes downhill from there.
Cheers,
