Would it not indeed!!! Didn't Christ mention doing things for people was equal to doing it to/for him? I know that this isn't an exact quote but close enough for the point. If we would welcome and take care of Christ then we should do what we can for our neighbors in what ever need they are in. All on this planet are our neighbors.
So many people going hungry and homeless. This is all of our disgrace!!!! We wait on the governments or "someone else" to take care of these things. We are ALL accountable in God's eyes to take care of each other. It matters not what religion they are or what color, or culture, or size or sex.
This country has so much money and so much waste. The waste alone if taken and used could supply all the needs of the homeless. Clothing, furniture, food just thrown out. Empty houses everywhere etc. there just is NO excuse.
