Cheeky,
I once felt exactly as you do about Halloween. Later on, I realized that the superstitions JWs have about Halloween is because of the constant harping by the society about being ever wary of demons!
Does crime or violence escalate around Halloween? Are there increased examples of possession around Halloween? Do ritualistic human sacrifices increase around Halloween? Do more people go off the "deep end" around Halloween?
Or is it about just a bunch of gleeful little children putting on scary and/or funny costumes and getting bags of candy once a year?
Farkel, who's no longer afraid of Halloween and wished he could go trick-or-treating for the first time in his life...
:Cheeky: Who thinks Fark is funny thinking that only Jehovah's Witnessess have spelling problems. Oh, My......now I'm doing it!!!!
I never said that! Heck, I make tons of typos and often go braindead with the words "their" and "there" even though I know better.
However, it is noticeable that good grammar is not a strong point among many JWs.
