In view of the fact that our dear Brother Fred Hall has strongly encouraged us all to read the books of Rutherford in order to obtain salvation, I did some snooping on Randy Watter's JW Books For Sale page and extrapolated a brief summary of the wonderful spiritual treasures offered from Rutherford's spirit-directed books.
Brothers, we can surely appreciate the rich spiritual feast provided by Jehovah as we look back over the decades, can we not? We can also see that although there have been a few "minor adjustments," and we've had to do some "tacking" along the way, the truth shines ever forth from these wonderful treasures of Bible understanding!
Harp of God 1921 - Russell was faithful & wise servant-1st edition, title includes "Proof Conclusive That Millions Now Living Will Never Die"
Harp of God 1928 - 1874 return of Christ (changed in 1930), Russell / Slave statement eliminated
Deliverance 1926 - Jesus and Lucifer are brothers; first "a god" rendering of John 1:1, yet no reference!
Creation 1927 - 1799 begins time of end; Jesus on cross, with halo; last promotion of 1874 before 1943 chg.
Reconciliation 1928 - Jehovah lives on a star in the Pleiades constellation!

Life 1929 - much of "Comfort for the Jews" reproduced
Prophecy 1929 - "Scriptural proof is that the second presence of the Lord Jesus Christ began in 1874."
Light Books 1 & 2 1930 - first "satisfactory explanation of Revelation published." Trumpet blasts=convention talks!
Vindication (set of 3) 1931 Higher powers are not govts. (1) Admit failed prophecies for 1914, 1918, 1925! Reveals problems/women.
Preservation 1932 - "Ruth" and "Naomi" class distinctions, higher powers are Jehovah and Jesus.
Preparation 1933 - Rutherford rails against "elective elders"
Jehovah 1934 - "great multitude" are the selfish who remain in the churches rather than join the organization!
Now THAT one is a keeper!
Riches 1936 - Protestants are now controlled by Catholics, WT receives direction from the angels!
Enemies 1937 - prophecy that Britain and America will become Fascist under Catholic rule!
Salvation 1939 - JWs name applies only to anointed
Religion 1940 - prophecy that Hitler will plunder Vatican
Children 1941 - Witnesses shouldn't marry and have children! Source of bitterness among many JWs later.
