Jehovah's Witnesses strongly encourage children to make the decision to become dedicated and baptized, not responsible, of-age young men and women.
Second, superficially and spiritually, it might be the course of wisdom for certain persons to become persuaded to be followers of Christ, but it is certainly not a course of wisdom to become a JW.
