Once upon a time slaves wore collars. The collars were a sure way to identify a slave in case he was to escape. The GB of Jehovah's Witnesses wear a collar also. It is a collar of publications and articles they have written over the years. We are able to see who and what they really are when we read the writing on the collars. They can never take the collars off. They will live and die, for good or for worse, with the collars on. What's the saying about running...you can run, but you can't hide.
