I submit to you now, that the governing body of Jehovah's Witnesses have never received any communications from God. Their track record of 100% failure in predicting the future shows that, if there was any active intervention on God's part, it was to deliberately withhold from them the insight that normal people could gain simply from reading the bible unaided.
Therefore, I say, the members of the governing body knew that God did not communicate with them. They knew, as surely as I knew, that they had received no special insight, no guidance, no divine revealing of His will.
They knew.
