got to call a spade a spade- what is so sad is you will never know what the records says
case in point:
i used to be the SEC in my hall
there was a sister who didn't like me
she was a few fries short of a happy meal,
well she moved and since she had no matters pending i sent the standard form letter
been in truth xxx yrs, leaves congo in good standard bla bla bla.
well about 8 months later i get a call from her asking what did i put in her letter, cause the friends have been looking at her kinda funny
i told her that her later was a good postive letter, she didn't beleive me
so she wrote bethel asking if she could see her letter of introduction- well the society wrote her back told her NO since the letter was corrospadance between bodies of elders-
they also sent a copy of her letter along with a copy of the letter they sent her as well as a footnote to the elders to talk with her.
so i got the call from the SEC asking what in the world is going on- well i told him to pull my letter that i sent them and i had a copy as well and read it for yourself
well the latter was just a PLAIN JANE LETTER
so they met with her and explained to her that the society's letter stated that they would not be showing her the letter of intro
they informed her they now had a copy of the letter she sent as well
so the wt is Tight when it comes to the file letters
