How true. I've often thought how the Mormons do such a great job in keeping their youth. Not by more bible reading or appealing to the "truth" of their religion but by personal attention to the needs of young people,camping,sports activity etc.etc. supervised by the Mormon heirachy, and why ?? I think it is because they know that their future growth prospects are tied up with their youth. The practical,realistic side of life seems to be stressed,anyway they seem to keep most of their young.
I think that the Org. could learn a lot about such "group parenting" I know I would have really appreciated a helping hand in that department a few years back.
