Alan,
I am new to this site and have read only a few of your posts. I am amazed. You obviously still have the blinders on. I wonder if you are not set up by the WTS to contradict everything people are saying.
I agree, there are some who are malicious in their stand against the WTS. But many of us who have had extensive backgrounds in the truth legitimately feel that change is paramount to continued existence. I am a 4th generation JW. My family is thoroughly in the truth. I have enjoyed many spiritual privileges. But like many, have had to undergo serious personal difficulties not of my choosing. That has led me to re-evaluate many long-held beliefs.
I find your responses to the GB unbelievable. Note:

The better conclusion is that blood transfusions are bad and promoting non-blood medicine is good. But you should know that. We already stick to what the bible says as in abstaining from Blood.
My Comment:
I am not for blood transfusions myself. But on what authority does the Society rule that certain blood components are okay while others are not? Blood is blood. Either rule out all of it or none of it.

There is no total shunning. There is association where it needs to be. And how about the encouragement of not doing that which disfellowships, that is, being unrepentant sinners.
My Comment:
You have obviously never had to contend with the deep emotional issues that come from TOTAL SHUNNING by everyone you had ever known. Many have been disfellowshipped wrongly-- not all are "unrepentant sinners." Having served as an elder for many years, I dare say that most disfellowshippings are for weakness, not wickedness. I don't know what planet you are living on, but there is absolutely, positively TOTAL SHUNNING GOING ON, and a LOT of it!

We already have the idea that Christians don't follow dates what more do we need?
My Comment:
Have we really abandon the idea of setting dates? The fact is that Armageddon is and always has been "just around the corner." Just because the WT says we shouldn't set dates doesn't mean a thing if we do not prepare the friends decently for the task of making a sufficient living and retirement. For some, sadly it is too late. They are already retired and have very little. We continue to pressure our youth to make a career out of Pioneering to the exclusion of truly suitable training that will take care of their expanding needs.

4. Admit our past mistakes, publicly, in writing. Apologize completely, and readmit many back into fellowship with us.
You Wrote:
No need. Those who you say would be readmitted are ones who apostatized because of their hard heartedness.
Why would we what to fellowship with them?
As for mistakes, what difference does it make? Does Pete Rose need to admit gambling when it was never proven that he was guilty of it? No, he is the greatest as his record shows. why should "we" (whoever this "we" is) admit anything that everyone should already know? The organization, all 5 million of us, have nothing to apologize for as it is evident that we are the ones following Christ as a whole.
My Comment:
Again, what planet are you on? You obviously have little or no background in the truth. Absolutely any JW with any real background knows that many, many people have been hurt deeply by the elders. It is true that we wouldn't want to associate with "hard-hearted apostates." But most of the ones who have left are not these. Many simply cannot live in denial any longer. Many simply cannot go on covering over major wrongs that go on a great deal. Indeed, the organization has a lot to apologize for!

5. Review our Field Service program, and make it far more efficient and loving.

Aren't we already doing that? If you are referring to reporting hours, then that is already voluntary.
My Comment:
I am amazed at your lack of knowledge of Theocratic Procedure. Where on earth did you get the notion that reporting hours was voluntary? If you do not report, you are not counted as a Publisher. How did that escape you? If you do not report, you are not counted as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. I just cannot believe your incompetence. PLEASE don't tell me you are an elder!

Another Ray Franz? Lets hope not.
A fake possibly,
an apostate GB? possibly.
An apostate definitely.
My Comment:
You reveal your true nature. You are a product of this organization's disease: self-righteousness and judgementalism.
I wonder if you are not a apostate. I have known many who put up a Pharisaic attitude just like you. It is a blemish to the truth.
One of these days, you too will encounter grievous trouble in your personal life and start to question everything in sight. Then one day, God willing, you too will have the scales drop from your eyes.
