Hola y'all:
Remember how the early Christians would collect funds for distribution to the poor? Well why don't we set up some sort of a fundraising mechanism to promote important reforms within the WT organization. Funds could go for advertising, media production, professionally produced literature and publications, and so on for issues like blood transfusion reform and so on.
A web site can be set up and a board of trusted individuals can be set as trustees over the fund. A barometer on the WEB site can show how much is in the fund and what important causes need to be funded and the costs, etc.
I know several individuals who can be trusted with this. Think of the outreach and effect we can have on this reform. Randy Watters pointed out a growing database of exJWs. There were about 400. I'm sure there are many more exJWs and friends of JWs willing to participate. If everyone gave $100 per year just from the database that would amount to $35,000 per year that could be distributed. That would have an impact.
Well, what do you think?
