Need that info for what purpose?
People in Norway, researchers, are working hard at the moment on finding out what the Watchtower really is. Religious, teachings, real life, organization, etc. I have been asked to supply them with hard evidence - not claims. If I am to give any information, I do have to prove what I say with actual evidence.
The Watchtowers economical aspects is interesting, and this is one of many things they want to know about.
Our objective on H2O which is why the GB member may have decided to post here, is to reform the organization not use legal methods to tear it down.
Did I say anything about tearing anything down? What is wrong with you, Rick? Do you suspect that the Watchtowers financial matters are illigal? That they can't stand the light of investigation? The mormons don't make any secret about what they own, and neither do most other churches. And I am sure you can't find anything in the Bible that tells you that the church need to keep the handling of money away from the members of the church!
You are allowed to "reform" what ever you want, Rick. I don't believe in this reform of yours, but that is without interest here. I am simply interested in hard facts. Nothing more.
I can't understand why you are talking about "tearing down" anything just because I asked for information on how the Watchtower are using their enormous fortune.
If I asked you for legal information about yourself (such as what corporations if any you operate under), and I said "I need that info," would you hastily and cheerfully divulge it? I thought not.
You thought wrong. As a matter of fact, that information is public in Norway. And why shouldn't it? I own around 37% of the stocks in Næringslivet Media AS, and that's that. Anything else you want to know?
You would want to know what specifically I planned on doing with that info, and if you were to seriously consider giving it, a promise that I would never misuse the info.
Not at all. Anyone can get that info. Every Norwegian company is registred in Brønnøysundsregistrene (http://www.brreg.no/) - and anyone can get the facts about the company. No problem. You can also get information on individuals, and if you ask them in what company Kent Steinhaug is represented, you will get that info. Nobody cares why you want the info - you just get it. As I just gavce it to you myself.
What could you do with that info to hurt me? Bleed on me?
Closing there, the question stands, for what purpose do you need the information you requested of the GB member?
To find out where the money has gone - and how much money they really make.
