Thank on it. Where will a bunch of old men with no retirement and no skills and the spectre of death hanging over them in their old age supposed to go? Unless they funnel out bucks in some Swiss accounts before the reform process I can't see how they will live or survive without having EVERYTHING taken care of and all their needs catered to free of charge 24/7 by the Society. As you pointed out, they saw what happened to the WWCoG and the street corner and a tin can awaits them unless they embezzle funds to take care of them and their loved ones for a while to come.
I say, because of the preceding, there will be no meaningful changes, just some public-relations gimmicktry to make them look good to JWs, exJWs, and the general public and implement some mainstream cosmetics to blend them into the crowd. This way, they'll be able to live out the rest of their lives being pampered.
