I believe you are a false Christian and not a GB for these reasons as you listed:

:1. Blood Transfusions: We must not only review this issue, but we must revisit the very premise of it and come to new and better conclusions.

The better conclusion is that blood transfusions are bad and promoting non-blood medicine is good. But you should know that. We already stick to what the bible says as in abstaining from Blood.

2. Total Shunning for disfellowshipped persons: This is of no benefit to us to have a policy of total shunning. We can still disfellowship, but make the policy more in tune with the Bible.

There is no total shunning. There is association where it needs to be. And how about the encouragement of not doing that which disfellowships, that is, being unrepentant sinners.

3. 1914: Get rid of the whole idea and start over.

And come to the same conclusion that the kingdom was established in 1914.

We already have the idea that Christians don't follow dates what more do we need?

4. Admit our past mistakes, publicly, in writing. Apologize completely, and readmit many back into fellowship with us.

No need. Those who you say would be readmitted are ones who apostacized because of their hard heartedness.
Why would we what to fellowship with them?
As for mistakes, what difference does it make? Does Pete Rose need to admit gambling when it was never proven that he was guilty of it? No, he is the greatest as his record shows. why should "we" (whoever this "we" is) admit anything that everyone should already know? The organization, all 5 million of us, have nothing to apologize for as it is evident that we are the ones following Christ as a whole.

5. Review our Field Service program, and make it far more efficient and loving.

Aren't we already doing that? If you are referring to reporting hours, then that is already voluntary.

6. Stop conflicting policy decisions: such as our inconsistent blood stand with Bulgaria.

We don't have a blood policy with Bulgaria.

7. Revisit our history and our reason for existence. Consider a whole new mission of Jehovah's Witnesses such that we change the very premise of what we are as an organization.

We can't do that because that is directed in the Bible.

Another Ray Franz? Lets hope not.

A fake possibly,

an apostate GB? possibly.

An apostate definitely.
