You said:
From my position on the 'Body' I can perhaps effect some change, maybe only marginal, may even very great. Time will tell. For now, though, this keeps the
leadership of the organization in some level of confusion and doubt about what to do regarding me.

I doubt your credibility because it is not the GB that has to make changes as one of the GB would know.
And if you don't believe that, then explain.

It is the individuals that have to make changes. After all the individuals don't listen to the GB afterall. For example, my wife is one of them pioneers. A recent service meeting had a part about ordering only the magazines that you need. We have plenty of older ones so I tell her to cut her order until we get caught up. She doesn't listen to me, the brother giving the part or the Society on that.

A Watchtower Study article had a paragraph that specificly stated that cleaning the house and taking care of the family comes before pioneering, but many don't follow that.

We are studying the Greatest Man book and there are so many that are as legalistic as the pharisees.

So one on the Governing body can make no change, because the people don't listen.

The Society has stated that they are not inspired and that their direction comes from the Bible. But many Witnesses treat the Society as it is inspired.

There are so many that just follow the fluff "preaching, etc" that comes from the Society but responsibility towards other matters that comes from the Society, they don't do.
