Isn't the internet great?
(Just kidding....:>)
All Gary's screen names aren't really available to him any more so he's kind of limited, but speaking in his behalf, the last time I checked, he is now claiming he is not, this false Messiah everybody is claiming he is, sooo...
Is he a false prophet? Every individual must decide.
Prophets make mistakes sometimes and we know that the truth is a gradual process. It's like a ship that is tacking in the wind toward it's goal. It doesn't just go straight forward. Sometimes it goes to the left, sometimes it goes to the right, and sometimes it has to stop off in the Bahahams for a "rest."
As far as this disfellowshipping the G.B. goes, he just reported on a letter that was sent to them telling them they were "dismissed" and would be thrown into spiritual darkness and to repent by exposing the three books of "Esther", "Ecclesiastes" and "Song of Solomon" as non-inspired (they were given information in the letter supporting this.) The GB are of the "anointed" so they knew what was up. So Gary didn't really disfellowship them, Jehovah did. He just reported on the facts about the letter being sent to the GB from one of the "anointed" in early November from Hawaii. Fred Franz died between the time the letter was sent and December 26th when the miraculous sign of the Son of man appeared to the JIOR, of which they took photographs. It was just delivering a message which would in time prove on its own merit to be of genuine source or not.
The technical reason for reporting on the letter, however, was in fulfillment of 2 Thessalonians which requires that the "man of lawlessness" be exposed and identified before the Messiah would arrive. So this letter, TO THEM would technically fulfill this. A copy was also provided the local congregation to forward to them which also served as an official notice.
Anyway, Gary doesn't lie so he wouldn't be this person who is claiming he is a member of the GB, since that would be a lie to make such a claim and it not be true.
But it is rather delightful he has everyone's attention; and everybody squirming. :> He certainly raises the intelligence level of the comments here, that's for sure.
One thing for certain, he certainly proves the power of the internet and how it has brought the WTS to its knees. Another indication Jehovah has abandoned the present GB to flail on its own in the darkness.
Cheers,

P.S. Read between the lines. Hint: There's more than one "Gary" in the world.
