Even if anybody did go back, how far do you think they could bo in the ranks?
From my own experience if you don't follow the rules, kiss up, and be willing to back the other elders no matter what, you don't stand a chance of being promoted.
If you already have been marked as a trouble maker, what chance would you have? NONE!!!!
Besides all of the above, do you really think that the society will change from within in the next 50 years? If so please explain how.
