You raised some troubling aspects of the organizational mindset, Norm. I for one have learned much from your piecing together the organizational puzzle in ways that address some really serious flaws. We can learn from understanding human failings and mistakes. This leads me to wonder. If you were appointed the next president of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, what is the first change you would make to prevent this from ever happening again? Of course, I'm assuming that as the president your goal is the very best collective interests of all Jehovah's Witnesses. As always I appreciate your candor and honest assessment.
